By using the Kalp Bağım mobile application (“Application”), related websites and services (“Services”), you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

Services are provided “as is”. No guarantee is given that specific results will be achieved.

5. Account and Registration

Creating an account may be required to access certain features. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide upon registration is accurate, current and complete.

Account security (password and login details) is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Kalp Bağım takes reasonable technical measures to protect your account information; however, no guarantee can be given that data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. User Responsibilities

You will use the Application and Services only in compliance with applicable laws, these Terms and generally accepted standards of conduct.

You will respect the intellectual property, privacy and personality rights of others.

Copying, distributing, modifying or creating derivative works from the application content for commercial purposes is prohibited.

You must not share your account details with third parties or use false identity information.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account:

Damaging the application or infrastructure, distributing malware or exploiting security vulnerabilities.

Unauthorized access to other users’ data or accounts.

Sharing spam, harassment, threats or illegal content.

Reverse engineering the application or using automated tools to scrape data in bulk.

Actions that would overload servers or disrupt the service.

8. Intellectual Property

11. Account Termination and End of Service

You may close your account at any time via application settings or a support request.

If you breach these Terms, Kalp Bağım may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

Upon termination, the surviving provisions of these Terms (intellectual property, disclaimer, governing law, etc.) remain in effect.

12. Changes to the Terms

Kalp Bağım may update these Terms with prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification, email or the website.

Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Services.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.

If you qualify as a consumer, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts at your place of residence may have jurisdiction.
